The ‘marble brothers’ Jelle and Dion Bakker from Wervershoof received a contract with Talpa Network from John de Mol on Monday.

The marble program ‘Marble Mania’ by Talpa TV on SBS6 is based on the enormous marble tracks that Jelle has devised and with which he attracts many visitors on YouTube. But the brothers didn’t get the contract they expected when the game started on TV. ,,However, we now have a contract with Talpa”, says Dion. “This feels like pay for work, it’s a crown on our commitment.”

The pair also got an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at Marble Mania season two, which kicks off early next year. “We have seen how big marble racing has become worldwide. Really amazing. I can’t say too much about our contract, but we will mainly have an advisory role in season two.”
