A person urinating in public was injured in a collision in Amsterdam on Sunday morning. The man fled after officers caught him urinating. He ran in front of a car during his escape attempt, reports AT5.

Enforcers approached a public urinator near the Blauwbrug in the center of Amsterdam around 8 a.m. on Sunday morning. The man took off running and ran into a car near the Amstel.

The man was unconscious for a short time after the collision. An air ambulance was called, but it turned out to be unnecessary.

The man was injured and taken away by ambulance. He is not in a life-threatening condition, according to police.

It is still unclear whether the man will be fined for urinating in public.
