Three or four is the number of cheeses traditionally found on a classic pizza. But nothing is traditional or traditional when it comes to world record. And that's what established Johnny Di Francesco, an Australian restaurateur who runs the 400 Gradi establishment in Melbourne.
This man, who already had a 99 cheese pizza on his card, decided to tackle the Guinness Book record of 111 cheeses.

He has developed a recipe with 154 different cheeses, studying the blend of flavors to be complementary, and that one cheese in particular does not take away all the taste.

"There are cheeses like gorgonzola, pecorino, taleggio, old cheddar, gouda and many more"he explained.
"I saw the facial expressions of the customers biting into this slice of pizza, it was really priceless.", he said, revealing that he had sold 797 copies of this pizza in just five days.
