In a future beta version of the messaging software, you will be able todirectly record voice messages for Status page. Today, it is possible to put photos, videos, GIFs or even text messages. It will therefore soon be possible to also put voice messages to keep your loved ones informed.
On the image shared by the members of WABetaInfo, we note the presence of an icon representing a microphone which allows you to add voice messages. For the moment this feature is not yet accessible for beta testers, so you will have to wait a little longer. These messages will have the same privacy and security settings as the others.
