Xbox Game Pass: 3 remastered LucasArts classics coming to the service

Xbox Game Pass is an ideal service to enjoy the latest releases from Xbox Game Studios and other prominent developers. The advantage of the service is that it not only allows you to enjoy new games, it is also a window to learn about classics from the past.

If you’re a gamer of yesteryear and remember some of the best LucasArts games, you’ll be happy to know that several of them are coming to Xbox Game Pass very soon. This was confirmed by Tim Schafer, head of Double Fine, a study that currently has the titles in its hands.

During the podcast by Larry “Major Nelson” Hryb, Xbox LIVE’s director of programming, Schafer confirmed that the service will receive 3 LucasArts games in their remastered versions this month.

LucasArts classics are on their way to Xbox Game Pass

In case you don’t remember, Microsoft acquired Double Fine, which is already part of Xbox Game Studios, in the middle of last year. Given this, the possibility of seeing some of its most iconic games on Xbox was considered.

Fortunately, this will come true very soon, as Grim Fandango Remastered it will be one of the games coming to Xbox Game Pass. In addition to knowing the story of Manny Calavera, users of the service will also be able to enjoy Day of the Tentacle Remastered.

If the above seemed little to you, you should know that Double Fine will carry Full Throttle Remastered to Xbox Game Pass, so there’s great news for fans of adventure games of yore. As we mentioned, the games will reach the service for Xbox One and PC.
