The objective of NOM 035 is to foster a healthy work environment. To accomplish this, you must avoid conditions that result from work-related stress, such as: sleep disorder, anxiety disorders, difficulties of adaptation among others.
This new law seeks to identify and prevent psychosocial risks that may arise in work activities. However, as a result of its entry into labor laws there are many myths around it. For this reason we present here the myths and realities of NOM 035.
