The 30-year-old is relieved. “1,800 francs is a lot of money, but luckily it’s only a fraction of the 16,000 francs demanded by the public prosecutor,” he told 20 minutes. Nevertheless, the Winterthurer had to take out a loan because of the procedure. “Only my lawyer has already cost me 5,000 francs. I couldn’t do it alone.”

“I made certain mistakes”

The Instagrammer was always confessing. Before the district court in December 2021, he said that he had made mistakes. It was not his intention to warn against controls, he only wanted to report on the current events in Winterthur with his contributions.
