Today, Monday, the Integrity Commission announced the issuance of arrest and summons orders against (7) defendants in Salah al-Din.

A statement by the Commission, received by the (INA), said: “The Commission’s Government Media and Communications Office indicated, in its talk about the two operations carried out by the staff of the Investigation Department in the Salah al-Din Investigation Office, that the Provincial Health Department had unlawfully disbursed sums of money to employees sent to Kirkuk.” To participate in one of the courses organized by the Kirkuk Health Department, explaining that “amounts were disbursed to the delegates; Based on receipts issued by hotels in Kirkuk.”
He added, “The results of the investigation and audit carried out by the office’s staff proved that there was an exaggeration in the prices of receipts, which led to a waste of public money.” He pointed out that after presenting the matter before the judge of the Salah al-Din Investigation Court, which is competent to look into integrity cases, he decided to issue an arrest warrant. against five employees and a recruitment order against two others in accordance with the provisions of Article (340) of the Penal Code, in addition to controlling the original exchange transaction for the delegates.”
The statement continued, “The employees of the Real Estate Registration Supervision in Samarra attempted to tamper with a property registration and recorded forged entries in the file with the names of people who have nothing to do with it; even though the property is owned by a female citizen, the employees refused to provide her with a document for it, explaining that the employees registered entries with fictitious names.”
