Amanat Baghdad Sports Club announced the absence of three players from the team to face Najaf in a match for the ninth round of the Iraq Stars League football competitions for the current season.

The club’s football team supervisor, Ahmed Ezzat, told the (INA), today, Thursday: “Amanat Baghdad team is missing the services of three professional players due to injury, and they are both the Iranian Ali Mollaei and the Brazilian professionals Matthew and Lucas Chalon,” indicating that “the team has been suffering since The beginning of the season due to the lack of numbers and the absence of players.”
Ezzat added, “The team’s technical staff has prepared for this match,” stressing that “absences will be a reason for the players’ ambition and their insistence on making up for what they lost during previous matches.”
Ezzat continued, “The Najaf team is one of the large and prominent teams this season and has good elements and distinguished players, and this is what makes the match exciting and abundant with goals.”
Amanat Baghdad team occupies eighteenth place in the standings with seven points collected from two wins and one draw.
