/ Argentine national team captain Lionel Messi won the Golden Ball award, which is the eighth in his career.

Messi surpassed his former colleague in Paris Saint-Germain, Kylian Mbappe, who achieved the title of top scorer in the last World Cup, and Manchester City star and the best player in Europe, Erling Haaland.

The goalkeeper of the Argentine national team and the English club Aston Villa, Emiliano Martinez, was crowned with the Yashin Award for best goalkeeper

Real Madrid star Jude Bellingham won the Copa Award for Most Promising Player after his distinguished career with his former team, Borussia Dortmund.
