Today, Thursday, the International Federation of Association Football (FIFA) announced the final candidates for the “The Best” award in the world in 2023.
The final list for the award included: Lionel Messi (Inter Miami and the Argentina national team), Erling Haaland (Manchester City and the Norway national team), and Kylian Mbappe (Paris Saint-Germain and the French national team). The winner will be announced during a ceremony that will be held in the English capital, London, on January 15, 2024.
This will be the third time that this prestigious football event will be held in London, which previously hosted it in 2016 and 2017.
It is noteworthy that in September 2023, the preliminary lists of male and female candidates for all award categories were announced.
