/ At dawn on Friday, Israeli army forces launched intensive raids into Palestinian cities, towns and camps in the West Bank, and the campaign was concentrated in the cities of Ramallah and Hebron in the south of the West Bank.

Israeli forces stormed Al-Fawwar camp, south of Hebron, from several fronts and deployed heavily in its alleys and streets, amid violent confrontations with residents, including the firing of live bullets and tear gas, which led to the serious injury of a young Palestinian man.

Local sources reported that among the areas that Israeli forces stormed in Hebron were the towns of Yatta, Al-Samou’ and Dura in the south, in addition to the town of Beit Ummar in the north, where they spread around homes and on main roads and prevented the movement of citizens.

Israeli forces also stormed the villages of Rummana, Zubaba, and Al-Tiba, west of Jenin, and intensified their presence in the vicinity of the town of Silat Al-Dhahr, south of the governorate. It stormed the villages of Salem and Talfit in Nablus Governorate.

In Ramallah, a force of 20 vehicles stormed the city center and was present at Al-Manara Roundabout, Al-Irsal Street, and Al-Nahda Street in the Al-Bireh area, and raided several buildings in the two cities.

In Bethlehem, Israeli army forces arrested, at dawn on Friday, the deputy director of the Jerusalem Endowments, Sheikh Najeh Bakirat, and the young man, Bahaa Mahmoud Al-Arouj, after raiding their homes.

The death toll in the West Bank since the start of the war between Hamas and Israel on October 7th has risen to 266 people.
