The Russian Ministry of Defense announced that air defenses shot down 32 Ukrainian drones over the territory of Bryansk, Oryol, Kursk and Moscow provinces and thwarted the implementation of the Ukrainian attack.
The Russian Defense Ministry said in a statement: “Last night, an attempt by the Kiev regime to carry out an attack using drones on targets within the territory of the Russian Federation was thwarted.”
She added: “The air defense systems on duty destroyed 32 Ukrainian drones in the air after intercepting them over the territory of Bryansk, Oryol, Kursk and Moscow provinces.”
Also yesterday, the Russian defense announced that Russian air defenses had shot down a Ukrainian missile over the Bryansk province, while yesterday, Friday, the airspace of the Russian Belgorod province witnessed the shooting down of 13 Ukrainian missiles by Russian defenses.
