The son of the Supreme Authority, Mr. Muhammad Reza al-Sistani, confirmed today, Sunday, that the victory over the terrorist ISIS gangs is a bright point in the history of the honorable Supreme Religious Authority and the country, while stating that the greatest legal and national responsibility remains in preserving this great achievement, the great victory, and the sacred title.
Sayyed Muhammad Redha al-Sistani said in his speech on the occasion of Victory Day, followed by the (INA): “The people of victory are those who sacrificed themselves, especially those who were martyred and were permanently disabled. They are the people of pride, and glory be to them,” indicating that “the responsibility of others is the responsibility of others.” It is great in preserving this victory and not distorting it, which was achieved through a lot of blood.”
He added, “This victory is considered a bright point in the history of the honorable supreme religious authority and the country, as for the first time it issued a fatwa in support of the sufficient defense and victory was achieved in the contemporary history of Iraq.”
He continued: “But the greatest legal and national responsibility remains to preserve this great achievement, great victory and sacred title, as the honorable authority indicated in his victory sermon.”
He concluded by saying: “Also, there was a major role for the logistical support convoys and their participation with their money in achieving victory. They have glory and pride, and Victory Day is an important day in the history of Iraq.”
