Four people were injured, two critically, in a two-vehicle crash in Markham on Friday evening.
Markham Two-Vehicle Crash Leaves Four Injured
York Region Police responded to the incident at Major Mackenzie Drive and McCowan Road just before 5 p.m.
The 42-year-old driver of one vehicle was transported to a trauma centre with life-threatening injuries. A young woman in the same vehicle sustained serious injuries.
A young male from the second vehicle was also taken to a trauma centre with life-threatening injuries. The driver of the second vehicle, a woman, received treatment for minor injuries.
The circumstances surrounding the crash are currently under investigation.
