The attack on Vladimir shifted from industrial targets to a residential area. A drone struck an apartment in a multi-story building, triggering a fire.

Regional officials, including Governor Alexander Avdeev and city head Sergey Volkov, arrived at the scene to oversee the response. Avdeev confirmed that the open flames were extinguished and that there were no casualties. The lack of injuries was attributed to the fact that the residents were not home at the moment the drone hit the apartment.

Emergency services remained on-site to assess the total scale of the damage. While temporary accommodation was offered to residents, officials clarified that a mass evacuation was not being carried out.
