2025 Financial Performance and Growth
The company’s 2025 fiscal results indicate a period of rapid expansion. Global Dominion’s total assets rose to PHP 18.6 billion, a 32 percent increase from the PHP 14.1 billion recorded in 2024. This growth was accompanied by a net income of PHP 882 million, a 10 percent improvement over the previous year’s PHP 799 million. On the balance sheet, loans to customers (net of provisions) reached PHP 16.24 billion, compared to PHP 12.55 billion the prior year, while total equity more than tripled to PHP 4.27 billion from PHP 1.25 billion. The company’s return on equity stood at a robust 32 percent as of 2025.
Revenue streams also showed significant upward movement. Total revenue climbed to PHP 5.12 billion, up from PHP 3.75 billion in 2024, bolstered by PHP 4.63 billion in interest income. Operating expenses rose to PHP 3.93 billion, up from PHP 2.68 billion, reflecting the company’s continued investment in branch expansion, digital infrastructure, and workforce growth to support its rapidly scaling loan portfolio.

Global Dominion served 28,985 borrowers throughout 2025, releasing a total of PHP 11.82 billion in loans. This represents a 19.2 percent year-on-year increase from the PHP 9.92 billion released in 2024. Business loans led the portfolio at PHP 5.43 billion, growing 34.1 percent from the previous year, while personal loan releases surged 70.7 percent to PHP 5.22 billion. The firm noted that these financing products, specifically the company’s “Sangla ORCR” and “Sangla Titulo” options, allow borrowers to unlock the value of assets they already own to provide capital for business expansion, emergencies, education, and home improvement.
The company highlighted specific success stories, such as sand trading entrepreneur Genilyn Lawas, who financed a surplus truck in 2022 and eventually expanded her fleet to seven vehicles through Global Dominion. Global Dominion gave me the push I needed to grow,
she said. Now I can serve more customers and take on larger projects.
Similarly, hardware and construction supplies business owner Richard Deaño expanded from a trucking operation into retail through a financing partnership with the firm.

A core component of the company’s recent strategy involves integrating technology into its lending operations. The launch of the MyLoans App, a proprietary mobile-based Loan Origination and Management System, earned the firm the Philippine Technology Excellence Award for Fintech – Financial Services at the Asian Technology Excellence Awards 2025. Additionally, the company deployed AI Rudder RoboCallers to manage TeleCollection and TeleMarketing operations. The company reported that this technology directly assisted in more than PHP 200 million worth of loan releases.
