After struggling to conceive naturally—with Viktor admitting the issue lay with him—the pair turned to adoption to build the family they desired. Following the 2022 arrival of their son, Maxík, the couple announced in late March that they had welcomed a daughter, Lujza, into their home.
Managing the ‘Competition’ Phenomenon with Lujza and Maxík
This caution stemmed from the phenomenon of ‘competition’, which Adela noted is more fragile in the case of adopted children than in typical family settings.

The Sale of the Demänová Estate and Karlova Vsi Apartment
The shift in family size has rendered their current living arrangements impractical. The Vinczes currently reside in a three-room apartment in the Karlova Vsi district of Bratislava. While the home features a unrivaled green terrace and high-end architecture, reports from the portal Život indicate the interior square footage is now too small for a family of four.
To fund or facilitate a better environment for the children, the couple has listed two significant properties for sale. The first is a one-room investment apartment located in Karlova Vsi. The second is a substantial luxury cottage in Demänová, which is currently listed on the internet.

The Demänová residence is far from a simple cabin. According to the listing cited by Pluska, the property includes a ground-floor sauna, bathroom, and separate toilet, with the upper floor housing three separate rooms and an additional bathroom with a tub.

Despite the sale of these high-value assets, there is no indication that the family is planning an exit from Slovakia or even a move away from the capital.
The couple, who married in the summer of 2017 in Tomášov, has largely stepped back from the media spotlight to focus on their private lives. While they have declined to comment on the specific timing of their real estate decisions, the trajectory is clear: the priorities have shifted from investment properties to the stability of a growing household.
