/ The prices of the US dollar recorded a slight increase against the Iraqi dinar, on Tuesday, in the markets of Baghdad and Erbil, the capital of the Kurdistan Region, with the closure of the two main stock exchanges in the country.
Agency correspondent said that dollar prices rose with the closure of the main Al-Kifah and Al-Harithiya stock exchanges, recording 157,650 Iraqi dinars against 100 dollars, while this morning it recorded 157,500 dinars against 100 dollars.
Our correspondent indicated that selling prices in exchange shops in local markets in Baghdad stabilized, as the selling price reached 158,500 dinars for 100 dollars, while the purchase price reached 156,500 dinars for 100 dollars.
In Erbil, the dollar also recorded an increase, as the selling price reached 157,900 dinars per 100 dollars, and the purchase price reached 157,800 dinars per 100 dollars.
