Al-Jawiya clings to the lead in the Iraq Stars League, while Al-Talaba falls into a draw trap

Today, Wednesday, the Air Force team beat its guest, the Dohuk team, with a clean goal, while the Al-Talaba team fell into a goalless draw against Karbala in the tenth round of the Iraq Stars League.

The correspondent of the (INA) reported, “The Air Force team beat its guest, the Dohuk team, with a clean goal in the match hosted by Al-Kut Olympic Stadium in the tenth round of the Iraq Stars League.”
He added, “The only winning goal came from a penalty kick in the 26th minute of the match, which was successfully executed by striker Ayman Hussein.”
He pointed out, “With this victory, Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya regained the lead in the Iraq Stars League, raising its score to 25 points, while Dohuk’s score froze at 12 points in the ninth place after suffering its fourth defeat.”
In a second match that took place today within the same round, Al-Talaba tied with Karbala 0-0, and the match hosted by Amanat Baghdad Stadium witnessed the expulsion of Karbala’s coach, Haider Aboudi.
