Odyssey G5 Uses QHD Resolution and 165Hz Refresh Rate

The Odyssey G5 features a 1,000R curved screen paired with a 2560 x 1440 QHD resolution, delivering 1.7 times the pixel density of standard HD. Mashable noted that the display includes HDR10 support to enhance picture details across bright and dark visual sequences. Built with a 32-inch VA panel, the monitor aims to improve immersion in titles such as Forza Horizon 5 and Cyberpunk 2077.

For high-speed gameplay, the hardware combines a 165Hz refresh rate with a 1ms MPRT response time. AMD FreeSync is integrated to minimize screen tearing during frame rate fluctuations. Mashable pointed out that these specifications suit console setups preparing for titles like Grand Theft Auto VI.
