The family claims that assets including bank accounts, an IRA, and various SAG-AFTRA residual payments remain unresolved. Furthermore, the filing asserts that a long-term care insurance policy intended for Carolyn Boseman has not been distributed, and that the widow has blocked the family from pursuing business opportunities related to the actor’s legacy.
