Accelerating the Red Line BRT Project
Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah recently visited the project site to review progress and oversee the resumption of activities. During the visit, the Chief Minister issued directives to fast-track the completion of the corridor to ensure the project is delivered efficiently.
The Frontier Works Organisation has now taken over the University Road segment of the project, and construction work has officially begun in the area.
The resumption of work follows a period of delays linked to a legal row. Sharjeel Memon previously indicated that work on the project was likely to resume starting April 25.
