Eileen, of Beau Park, Ballymote, Tuam, Co. Galway, has passed away peacefully at her home in her 92nd year.
Formerly of Glenbrack, Gort, and McHale Terrace, Tuam, she was also associated with The Connacht Arms Hotel in Tuam.
Eileen was predeceased by her husband Mattie, her daughter Monica, her granddaughter Sarah, and her brother Gerry.
She is survived by her son PJ and daughters Cathy, Martina, and Eilish; sons-in-law Sean, TJ, and Paul; as well as grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is also mourned by brothers Paddy, Peter, and Michael; sisters Anne, Teresa, and Christina; along with nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbors, and friends.
Funeral Arrangements for Eileen
Reposing will take place at her home in Ballymote (H54 AK02) on Friday evening from 5:30 pm until 7:30 pm.
Removal will occur on Saturday morning to The Cathedral of the Assumption, Tuam, for Funeral Mass at 11:30 am. Burial will follow in Tuam cemetery.
The family has requested family flowers only. Donations, if desired, may be made to Galway Hospice, Palliative care.
