Frank Frenchill of Castlebar, County Mayo, Ireland, has died peacefully at his residence surrounded by family on February 23, 2026. He was predeceased by his parents, Mary and James, and his brother, Fr. Joe.

Frank Frenchill: Funeral Arrangements

Mr. Frenchill is deeply mourned by his wife, Noreen; son, Francis; daughter, Laura; brothers, Gerry, Tom, and Fintan; sisters, Maureen Walsh and Bridie Prendergast; daughter-in-law, Niamh; Laura’s partner, David; granddaughter, Éada; sisters-in-law, Ann, Patricia, Kathleen, and Bernadette McLoughlin; brothers-in-law, Padraic and Patsy; and a wide circle of relatives, neighbours, and friends.

Mr. Frenchill will repose in Ballyheane Community Centre, F23 WP92, on Wednesday, January 25th, from 6pm, with removal at 8pm to his residence.

Removal from his residence will take place on Thursday morning at 10:15am for Requiem Mass at 11:30am in St. Patrick’s Church, Ballyheane. Following the mass, Mr. Frenchill will be laid to rest in Ballyheane cemetery.

The family requests privacy at their home. Family flowers only are requested. Donations, if desired, may be made to the Oncology Haematology Unit, Day Centre at Mayo University Hospital, Castlebar.
