Who Can Nominate?

The nomination process is open to all. You do not need to be an IEEE member to submit a nomination, although nominees must meet specific qualifications outlined by the N&A Committee. IEEE organizational units are also encouraged to submit recommendations endorsed by their governing bodies. Tips for a Successful Nomination

Before submitting a nomination, carefully review the eligibility requirements on the N&A committee website. Nominations that do not meet the stated criteria will not be considered. Furthermore, candidates for president-elect and corporate officer positions should demonstrate a strong history of leadership, governance experience, and impactful contributions both within and outside of IEEE. For president-elect candidates, prior service on the IEEE Board of Directors is a requirement.
