How to Check Karnataka SSLC Result 2026

To view results online, students must visit the official portals, click on the “Karnataka SSLC Result Link,” and enter their roll number and date of birth. The digital marksheet will then be available for download and printing.

Alternatively, students can use the SMS service by typing “KAR10 [Roll Number]” and sending it to 56263 to receive their pass status.

Digital marks cards will also be available for the first time via DigiLocker. Users must log in to digilocker.gov.in, navigate to the “Education” tab, select the “Karnataka board,” and sign in using an Aadhaar card number to download the document.

Grading System and Passing Marks

To pass the Karnataka Class 10 exams, students must secure at least 35% in every subject. The board uses a grading scale ranging from A+ (90-100%) to C (35-50%).

Following a Karnataka High Court order on April 21, students will receive marks rather than grades for third-language subjects for this academic year. The transition to a grading system for languages like Hindi, Sanskrit, and Urdu will be implemented from the next academic year.

Scorecard Details and Next Steps

The SSLC marks card will include the student’s name, registration number, subject-wise internal and external marks, total marks, grades, and the Cumulative Grade Average (CGA). Students are advised to contact school authorities immediately if any discrepancies are found.

Students dissatisfied with their marks may apply for revaluation or retotalling through the official KSEAB portal. This process is scheduled to be conducted in May 2026.

KSEAB has also replaced the traditional supplementary exam system with a three-exam structure (Exam 1, Exam 2, and Exam 3). While the main results (Exam 1) are released today, subsequent exams will be held later in the year to allow students to improve their scores.
