A man in his 60s died in a fatal incident in County Tipperary on Thursday afternoon.
Tipperary Town Incident
Gardaí and emergency services responded to the scene of the incident on the L8109 road at Ardloman, Co Tipperary, on February 19th. The incident occurred at approximately 2:35 p.m.
A garda spokesperson stated that the man, aged in his 60s, was pronounced deceased at the scene, and no other injuries were reported.
“The scene has been technically examined. The Health and Safety Authority and the coroner have been notified,” the spokesperson added.
The Health and Safety Authority (HSA) confirmed they are investigating the fatal incident. “As such, no further information is available at this time,” a HSA spokesperson said.
