Project organizers note that similar concepts have operated successfully in various world capitals for years. One of the founders explained the motivation behind launching the space in Sarajevo.

Organizers provide participants with protective clothing and a helmet before they enter the smashing areas. Beyond the physical destruction, the founders structured the venue to offer multiple experiences, including an art room, a graffiti room, and a map room, alongside the primary destruction zones.

A similar venture called Unleashed established a parallel concept in Egypt, marketed under the banner of breaking constraints to help urban residents cope with heavy psychological and nervous pressures. As Youm7 reported, brothers Mazen and Ahmed Nosrat developed the project to give citizens in Cairo a private, enclosed space to discharge accumulated negative energy caused by traffic congestion and difficult living conditions using baseball-style bats.

Ahmed Nosrat noted that the inspiration came after watching and experiencing the model in Canada years prior, seeking to bring a novel recreational outlet to Egypt. The facility structures its offerings across tiered packages based on the volume and type of items provided for destruction.
