Dublin St. Patrick’s Day Parade

The Dublin parade will feature 12 large floats, over 150 artists, and 3,000 participants. Vogue Williams will serve as the Grand Marshal of the national parade. The Dubliner has a career spanning broadcasting, fashion, and entrepreneurship.

Williams stated that she views the role as an honor, allowing her to champion Irish creativity and storytelling on a global stage, including in London where she is based.

Over 1,000 gardaí will be on duty in the Dublin region throughout the day.

Ireland’s Earliest Parade

Kinlough in County Leitrim hosted both its first-ever parade and the earliest parade in Ireland, beginning at midnight. The village celebrated with tractors, floats, and music as the clock struck twelve.

Live coverage of the Dublin parade will begin on RTÉ One television at 12:15pm, with reports from events across the country featured throughout the day on news bulletins.
