The program highlights the increasing integration of mission-critical communications with technologies like 5G, artificial intelligence, and smart mobility.
ICCA Awards Deadline Approaching
Entries for the International Critical Communications Awards (ICCAs), presented by TCCA, are due February 27, 2026. The awards recognize achievements in products, organizations, and individuals advancing the field of critical communications, with winners announced June 16, 2026, in London during Critical Communications World. Submissions can be made at www.critical-communications-world.com/iccas.
Key Events in 2026
March 4, 2026 | Barcelona, MWC
TCCA Board vice-chair Tero Pesonen will participate in the Global 5G Alliances Summit (14:30–16:30, Hall 2), discussing topics including AI, 5G advanced ecosystems, and intelligent public safety. TCCA CEO Kevin Graham will also join the GSMA Smart Mobility Summit with representatives from Airbus, Ericsson, and the US Department of Transportation to examine integrated data platforms for connected cities. An MWC pass is required for both sessions.
March 16–19, 2026 | Las Vegas
IWCE 2026 will feature expanded programming for public safety, utilities, transportation, and enterprise communications. TCCA CEO Kevin Graham will represent the association at the International Public Safety Panel Roundtable on March 16. TCCA members and industry professionals can register using code TCCA20 for a 20% discount.
March 25–26, 2026 | Coventry, UK
The BAPCO Annual Event will bring together emergency services, government agencies, and industry professionals. TCCA’s Tero Pesonen will present on 6G on March 25 at 14:45 in The Huddle. The event is free to attend for relevant professionals.
April 15–17, 2026 | Riga, Latvia
The European Emergency Number Association (EENA) annual gathering will draw over 100 international experts and 700 participants from over 50 countries. The program will cover emergency response optimization, next-generation communications, and crisis management. TCCA chairman Mladen Vratonjić will be in attendance, and the TCCA team will be at Booth 27.
April 22–23, 2026 | Hong Kong
TCCA will debut Critical Communications Asia (CC Asia) at the Shangri-La Kowloon, designed to bring global knowledge to the Greater Asia community. Registration is open, with discounts for TCCA members and limited sponsorship opportunities available.
April 24, 2026 | Hong Kong
TCCA and the Global Certification Forum (GCF) will co-host a Mission Critical Services workshop (09:30–13:00) at the Shangri-La Kowloon, requiring separate registration from CC Asia.
May 27–28, 2026 | Wellington, New Zealand
Comms Connect New Zealand is seeking speaker submissions, prioritizing case studies from public safety, mining, and enterprise sectors featuring end-users. Details are available on the event’s official website.
June 16–18, 2026 | London, ExCeL
Critical Communications World (CCW) will return to ExCeL London, hosted by the UK Home Office Emergency Services Network. Motorola Solutions and Ericsson are confirmed sponsors. The ICCA Awards Presentation Evening will also take place on June 16.

TCCA and the Broadband India Forum (BIF) have announced Critical Communications India 2026, to be held in New Delhi. Further details will be confirmed at a later date.
