The Saudi King issues 23 royal orders, including the establishment of a Ministry of Culture

Riyadh–INA Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz issued 23 royal orders, most notably relieving the Minister of Labor from his position, establishing a Ministry of Culture and separating it from the Ministry of Information, and creating new government bodies. The royal orders, according to what was published by Saudi media and followed by the (INA) at dawn today, Saturday, “appointed Ahmed bin Suleiman bin Abdulaziz Al-Rajhi as Minister of Labour, Badr bin Abdullah bin Farhan Al Saud as Minister of Culture, and Saleh bin Abdulaziz bin Muhammad Al.” Sheikh, a member of the Council of Political and Security Affairs, and Abdul Latif bin Abdul Aziz bin Abdul Rahman Al Sheikh, Minister of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance. King Salman also issued “an order to establish a royal commission for the Holy City of Mecca and the Holy Sites. The commission will have a board of directors headed by the Deputy Prime Minister, and the establishment of a council for royal reserves in the royal court, with Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman as its chairman.”
