NABLUS, January 11, 2026 – Two Palestinian men were injured Sunday evening in separate incidents involving Israeli forces and colonists south of Nablus.

Palestinian Men Injured in Separate Attacks

The Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS) reported a 30-year-old man sustained a head injury after being struck by a stone thrown by colonists near the Huwara military checkpoint. He was transferred to a hospital for treatment.

PRCS also stated that a 39-year-old man was hospitalized after being assaulted by Israeli occupation soldiers in the village of Awarta.

  • Over the past year, Israeli forces and colonists carried out a total of 23,827 attacks against Palestinians and their property in the occupied West Bank.
  • Israeli occupation forces were responsible for 18,384 of these attacks, while colonists carried out 4,723.
  • Both Israeli forces and colonists jointly carried out 720 attacks.

The data was released by the Colonization and Wall Resistance Commission.
