Russian Oil Facilities Hit by Drone Strikes
NASA’s FIRMS satellite resource, which detects heat signatures, showed Primorsk was still burning as of 02:54 BST on Monday. A heat signature was also detected at Ust-Luga at 12:28 on Monday.
BBC Verify has confirmed several videos showing the aftermath of attacks on all three facilities in the past week, including footage of large smoke plumes rising from Primorsk.

Brovdi added the strikes aimed to “demilitarise Russia’s oil arteries, refining capacity and crude export infrastructure.”
Ukraine’s military identified the Kirishi refinery as one of the three largest oil-processing plants in Russia, noting its production of “fuels that support the armed forces of the aggressor state.”
