A major fire and rescue operation is underway in London, with 10 fire engines and approximately 70 firefighters battling a blaze at a church in Southall.
Southall Church Fire: Crews Respond to Emergency Calls
The chapel on South Road is well alight, with “part of the ground floor, second floor and roof” engulfed in flames, according to the London Fire Brigade.
Crews from Southall, Ealing, Heston and neighbouring fire stations responded to the scene after receiving nearly two dozen emergency calls from the public.
