Residents selecting a Canadian province and postal code were prompted to provide the information via an online form.
Canada Postal Information
The form included a dropdown menu listing Canadian provinces, with Ontario currently selected. Available provinces include Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, and Saskatchewan.
A field for postal code, limited to seven characters, was also present and required. A dropdown menu allowed selection of the country, with Canada currently selected from a list of over 160 countries.
