At the Galaxy Unpacked 2026 event, introduced the Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra as the new flagship of its foldable range. Designed for professional users and creators, the device features an 8-inch main display, a 200-megapixel primary camera, and a 5,000 mAh battery. The hardware is notably slim, measuring 4.1 millimeters in thickness.
The standard Galaxy Z Fold8 has been redesigned to feel more like a conventional smartphone. The model weighs 201 grams, making it the lightest device in the Fold series. Samsung has incorporated Flex Titanium into the structure to increase durability and reduce the visibility of the screen crease while updating the device’s aspect ratio.
Galaxy Z Flip8 Design and Functionality
