Today, Thursday, Minister of Finance, Taif Sami, directed that the funds be completed, released, and deposited in the accounts of spending units.
The Ministry of Finance stated in a statement received by the (INA), that “Minister of Finance, Taif Sami, directed the continuation of the working hours of employees of the accounting and budget departments, the Central Bank of Iraq / the Department of Information Technology and Computers, and the branches of Al-Rafidain and Al-Rashid Banks, on the next Friday and Saturday, to complete the transfer procedures for investment projects and include differences.” Salaries and associated transfers are on current expenses.”
She added, “Sami also directed that the financing be completed and released by the Accounting Department and deposited in the accounts of the spending units of the ministries, governorates, and entities not affiliated with a ministry in the branches of the relevant banks, including the Central Bank of Iraq.”
