Tommy, from Townagh, Bellacorick, Ballina, Co. Mayo, passed away peacefully at Galway University Hospital on December 12, 2025, surrounded by his family.

He was predeceased by his parents, Patrick and Maura, and siblings Mary, Anna, and Michael.
Tommy is survived by his brothers John Joe, Paddy, Peter, and Christy, and sisters Breege Keane of Manchester and Eileen Bourke of Killala. He is also remembered by his nephews, nieces, uncles Jack and Tom McAndrew, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cousins, relatives, friends, and neighbors.
The family requests that the house remain private at this time.
