Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace successfully concluded Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2026 on July 28, serving as the official host partner for the second consecutive year and anchoring a six-day resort-wide festival that placed Macau at the center of the regional cocktail conversation.

The event marked a milestone year for the hospitality brand as it celebrated its 20th anniversary in Macau, expanding its role beyond a single awards night into a comprehensive celebration of global cocktail and culinary culture.

Seoul and Regional Bars Dominate the 2026 Rankings

While Macau hosted the celebrations, bars across Asia claimed top honors in the annual rankings published by UK-based media company William Reed, which are determined by votes from industry experts, bar owners, and drinks writers. Seoul emerged as a major cocktail powerhouse, placing four bars in the prestigious Top 50 list. Zest led the South Korean capital at No. 2, followed by Alice at No. 13, Bar Cham at No. 33, and M+MS at No. 42. Another four Seoul establishments secured spots on the 51-100 extended list, including Space at No. 74, Charles H. at No. 87, Le Chamber at No. 88, and Soko at No. 89.

In Beijing, Mandarin Oriental Qianmen’s venue Tiao earned a spot on the main list a mere two years after it opened. Tucked into the historic Caochang hutongs, the bar blends traditional tea-infused spirits with modern mixology under Bar and Beverage Manager Miranda Xu and Head Bartender Matt Guo. It is a privilege to share the soul of Beijing’s luxury hospitality with the wider world, said Richard Langonné, Area General Manager of Mandarin Oriental Wangfujing, Beijing and Mandarin Oriental Qianmen, Beijing, as reported by The Hotel Conversation.

“This recognition belongs entirely to our dedicated bar team, whose craft and passion breathe life into TIAO every evening, and to our local community and loyal guests who have shared this journey with us.”
