Anne, formerly of Foxborough, Killala, passed away peacefully in the ICU of St. James Hospital, Dublin, surrounded by family. Her death has prompted an outpouring of grief from loved ones and the local community.
Obituary
Anne was predeceased by her parents, T.P and Mary, and her brother, T.V.
She is survived by her partner, Frank Regan of Ballaghaderreen; sister, Marie Tansey of Coolaney; brothers, Brendan of Letterkenny, Padraic of Killala, and Gerard of Maynooth; sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, relatives, and friends.
Funeral Arrangements
Reposing will be held at the home of her brother, Padraic in Killala (F26 HF43) on Friday evening from 5 o’clock until 7 o’clock, with removal to the Church of the Holy Rosary, Cooneal (F26 H266) arriving at 8 o’clock.
The Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday at 2 o’clock, followed by burial in Leigue Cemetery, Ballina.
Family flowers only are requested. Donations in lieu can be made to the Irish Cancer Society.
