Anthony Dawson of Limerick, Ireland, passed away peacefully on April 4, 2026, at University Hospital Limerick, surrounded by his family.

Mr. Dawson was predeceased by his wife, Bridie, his parents, Nora and Connie Dawson, and his siblings.
He is survived by his son, Anthony (Jnr), daughter Elaine, Anthony’s partner Helen, grandchildren Cathal, Joshua, Evie, Amelia and Erin, as well as his sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends and neighbours.
Reposing will be held at Cross’s Funeral Home, Lower Gerald Griffin Street, on Wednesday, April 8th, from 4 pm to 6 pm.
The funeral will arrive at Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, Roxboro Road, on Thursday, April 9th, for Requiem Mass at 11 am, followed by burial at Mt St Oliver’s Cemetery.
