Joe O’Loughlin, known as Locky, of Mount Sion Avenue, Waterford, has passed away unexpectedly. He was formerly of Connolly Place and a retired taxi driver.

O’Loughlin is predeceased by his parents, Kevin and Mary, and his brother, Tommy (Foxy). He is deeply mourned by his daughters, Kate, Becky, and Sinead; sons, Jack (Flynn) and Seán; grandchildren, Emma, Jaimie, and Sophie; brothers, Kevin and Maurice; and sisters, Anne, Molly, Katherine, and Margaret, as well as numerous nephews, nieces, extended family, and friends.
A celebration of Locky’s life will be held at Falconer’s Funeral Home, Riverstown, Tramore (X91 TW21) on Thursday, February 12th, from 5pm to 7pm.
In accordance with O’Loughlin’s wishes, a private cremation will take place at a later date. The family has requested that messages of sympathy be left in the online condolence section.
The family appreciates the sympathy, support, and understanding offered during this difficult time.
