HIPTHER has announced the agenda for HIPTHER Baltics: Vilnius 2026, a new conference series debuting on April 21, 2026, at the Hilton Garden Inn Vilnius City Centre. The event marks the evolution of the MARE BALTICUM Gaming & TECH Summit into a country-focused format designed for decision-makers in gaming, fintech, and digital innovation.

  • Core Theme: Lithuania’s Great Regulatory Reset, focusing on stricter supervision and compliance.
  • Scope: High-level discussions across banking, fintech, blockchain, and iGaming.
  • Scale: 100+ senior attendees and 30+ expert speakers addressing 15+ industry topics.

Lithuania’s Great Regulatory Reset

The summit centers on Lithuania’s transition toward a compliance-driven ecosystem. This “regulatory reset” involves a shift toward stricter supervision and sustainable growth across financial services and iGaming.

The conference will explore four primary structural shifts. In banking, the focus is on cyber-resilience stress testing and sustainable profitability, while fintech discussions will cover account-to-account dominance and agentic AI.

Blockchain topics will include post-MiCA enforcement and the institutional tokenization of real-world assets. For the iGaming sector, the agenda highlights advertising restrictions, accelerated ISP blocking, and intensified source-of-funds compliance.

Strategic Agenda and Programming

The event will be divided into two strategic stages. Stage 1, focusing on Strategy, Compliance & Banking, will feature a regulators’ panel with the Bank of Lithuania and FNTT regarding MiCA transitions and iGaming protocols.

Other Stage 1 topics include VASP licensing under 2026 regulatory structures, AML 2.0 requirements for high-stakes players, and operator strategies for zero-marketing environments.

Stage 2 will cover Innovation, Blockchain & iGaming Tech. Key sessions include the evolution of autonomous financial advisors via agentic AI, the on-chain tokenization of debt and real estate, and technical readiness for the European Central Bank’s 2026 Digital Euro roadmap.

Industry Impact and Leadership

Designed as a boutique summit, the event targets iGaming operators, payment providers, regulators, and regional investors. It aims to provide actionable intelligence within a tightening regulatory landscape.

Zoltán Tűndik, Co-Founder & Head of Business at HIPTHER, stated that Lithuania is entering a defining regulatory transition. He noted that the platform is intended for honest, high-level dialogue between regulators, financial institutions, and innovators regarding sustainable growth.

The inaugural HIPTHER Baltics event begins in Vilnius on April 21, 2026.
