Intelligence and Security announced that a pile of equipment was found in Maysan Governorate.
The Security Media Cell stated in a statement received by the (INA), that “in a qualitative operation based on accurate intelligence information, the Directorate of Intelligence and Security, in coordination with the heroic Maysan Operations Command, carried out a security operation, during which it found a pile of equipment in the Qalaat Saleh district in Maysan Governorate containing… (11 Katyusha rockets) and (30) mortar bombs by detachments of the Special Intelligence Missions Cell affiliated with the General Directorate of Intelligence and Security in the Ministry of Defense in coordination with (the First Regiment in the Third Brigade) Special Forces within the Maysan Operations Command.”
He added, “It was removed and dealt with according to context by the engineering effort without any significant incident.”
