Man wanted for allegedly breaking into storage lockers in parking lot of Toronto condo building

A 27-year-old man is wanted by Toronto police for allegedly breaking into a condo building’s parking garage and stealing from storage lockers and a vehicle. The incident occurred on Jan. 27 in the area of Queen Street and Broadview Avenue.

Parking Garage Break-In and Threats

Police were called to the building on Jan. 28 following the alleged break-in. Investigators say the suspect gained entry to the underground parking garage around 8:15 p.m. on Jan. 27.

Once inside, the suspect allegedly accessed a parked car and several storage lockers, stealing property. He was confronted by a resident and allegedly made threats before fleeing the scene, according to police.

Ryan Russell, 27, of Toronto, is wanted for break and enter, theft under $5,000, uttering threats of death or bodily harm, and two counts of breach of probation.

Russell is described as six feet tall, weighing 170 pounds, with a slim build, fair complexion, short red hair, and a red beard. He is known to frequent the downtown core of Toronto.
