NVIDIA Expands DLSS 4.5 Support to Palworld, Halo, and Other Major Titles

NVIDIA has rolled out a new GeForce Game Ready Driver, expanding its DLSS 4.5 technology suite across major titles including Halo: Campaign Evolved, Palworld, and a multiplayer beta for Gears of War: E-Day, while introducing sweeping graphic updates and summer hardware giveaways.

The latest graphics driver drop targets a packed slate of upcoming and recently released games. By pairing game-ready optimizations with broader integration of DLSS 4.5, NVIDIA is pushing higher frame rates and advanced rendering options deeper into both fresh releases and established favorites.

Halo: Campaign Evolved and Major Launches Get Day-One Support

Following its recent early access period, Halo: Campaign Evolved officially launches with immediate day-one driver optimizations. GeForce RTX players can accelerate performance utilizing DLSS Super Resolution and Frame Generation, alongside NVIDIA Reflex to cut down PC latency. Through the NVIDIA App, users can further upgrade their setups with DLSS 4.5 Dynamic Multi Frame Generation and the newest Super Resolution model.

Other titles rolling out fresh hardware integrations include Bellring Games’ Mistfall Hunter, scheduled to debut on July 29 with DLSS Super Resolution, Multi Frame Generation, Dynamic Multi Frame Generation, Reflex, and ray-traced reflections and shadows. Shortly after, Limbic Entertainment and Hooded Horse’s pirate-themed city builder Corsair Cove arrives on July 31st equipped with DLSS 4.5 Super Resolution, Frame Generation, NVIDIA Reflex, and NVIDIA DLAA.

Dynamic Multi Frame Generation Pushes RTX 50 Series to 6X Limits

A standout feature of the DLSS 4.5 rollout is the aggressive scaling unlocked for high-end hardware. Owners of GeForce RTX 50 Series GPUs gain access to up to 6X Dynamic Multi Frame Generation mode via the NVIDIA App across several supported titles.

This capability extends to games like Corsair Cove, which supports up to 4X Multi Frame Generation natively and allows RTX 50 series users to push further. Similarly, Tripwire Interactive’s co-op action-horror FPS Killing Floor 3 integrates its Operation: Shadow Hunter update—bringing the Oil Rig map, the Gunslinger perk, new weapons, a new boss, quality-of-life improvements and a higher difficulty level—paired with DLSS Super Resolution and Multi Frame Generation upgradable to 6X modes on GeForce RTX 50 Series GPUs via the NVIDIA app.

Updates for Palworld, The Mound: Omen of Cthulhu, and Gears of War: E-Day

Existing favorites are also joining the ecosystem upgrade cycle. Pocketpair’s survival game Palworld can now be upgraded to the latest DLSS 4.5 Super Resolution model through the NVIDIA app, while GeForce RTX 50 Series gamers can also upgrade to DLSS Dynamic Multi Frame Generation for even higher frame rates. NACON and ACE Team’s co-op horror game The Mound: Omen of Cthulhu similarly supports an upgrade path to DLSS 4.5 following its launch last week with support for DLSS Super Resolution, Multi Frame Generation and NVIDIA Reflex.

Looking toward late summer, competitive players can prepare for the Gears of War: E-Day multiplayer Open Beta, which begins on August 6 for pre-order customers and PC Game Pass subscribers ahead of the full October 6 launch. The PC beta features DLSS Super Resolution and NVIDIA Reflex support, while the full game will launch with the complete suite of DLSS 4.5 technologies.

Remedy’s Control Resonant and Summer Hardware Rewards

Remedy Entertainment’s CONTROL Resonant is scheduled to launch on September 24th with DLSS 4.5 and path tracing enabled, further raising the bar for fidelity, and switches to supernatural melee combat with new protagonist, Dylan Faden, brother of the original’s game Jesse. Developers working with the RE Engine also detailed their path tracing implementations in Resident Evil Requiem and PRAGMATA, discussing fully ray-traced illumination, reflections, and adapting graphic assets to the new rendering method.

To celebrate these releases, the GeForce Summer Nights campaign offers a chance to win CONTROL Resonant game codes and a custom-wrapped GeForce RTX Founders Edition GPU. Furthermore, GeForce Rewards is currently offering 3-month Discord Nitro subscriptions for GeForce gamers with a GeForce GTX 10 Series or above PC or laptop, who are logged into the NVIDIA app on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
