Today, Saturday, the Samarra Municipality Directorate announced its ongoing projects funded by the Emergency Support for Food Security and Development Law, revealing a huge infrastructure project.
Samarra Municipality Director, Muhammad Ahmed Ibrahim, told the (INA): “The emergency support law projects for food security and development are continuing, including the 100-meter-wide annual street project for the city of Samarra and the project to establish a bridge at the entrance to the city.”
He added, “There is a huge infrastructure project in the city of Samarra, which includes establishing a water network. We are waiting for the sewage network to be examined. If the examination is successful, there will be referrals to the project.”
He continued, “There are projects to establish a network of roads, sidewalks, central islands, traffic signs, and projects to pave the city’s streets, and they come within the infrastructure projects approved by the Prime Minister with financial allocations amounting to one trillion and 200 billion dinars.”
