Theoretical and practical lectures for the Asian Tournament for Category (C) are continuing in the city of Basra, which are supervised by the Technical and Development Committee of the Iraqi Football Association.
A statement by the Football Association’s media channel, received by the (INA), stated that “the course is run by Amjad Muhammad Ali and lectured by the accredited Asian lecturer Aqeel Hato, with the participation of (24) coaches.”
He added, “Theoretical lectures are held in the city’s sports halls, while the practical application program is implemented in the city’s stadiums.”
The statement explained that “the session witnessed a lecture entitled (Football Law) delivered by former federal referee Adnan Shayea, and another lecture on sports medicine entitled (Football Injuries) delivered by Dr. Kamel Shanil Manahi.”
