The Iraqi Central Wrestling Federation announced its full readiness to host the Arab Championship for the national teams in the free and Romanian events.
The head of the game federation, Shaalan Abdel Kazem, said in a statement to Al-Sabah newspaper, followed by the (INA), today, Thursday: “The federation has completed all its organizational and administrative preparations to host the Arab Championship for national teams with its free and Romanian events, which will be hosted by the People’s Hall on the ninth and tenth of the month.” Currently in the capital, Baghdad, with the participation of eight teams.
Abdel Kazem added, “The technical conference for the tournament will be held one day before the start of its activities, which will enjoy wide participation from the Arab teams, namely (Algeria, Tunisia, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Kuwait, Syria, Qatar, Egypt), expecting at the same time that “it will witness a gathering of… “Baghdad is a strong and exciting competition between wrestlers, in order to reach the final rounds and achieve colorful medals.”
